FAW030型电脑高速络丝机

FAW030型电脑高速络丝机是专为本公司生产的FAW98Ⅱ型、FAW98Ⅲ型、FAW201型、FAW2005型等制线机而设计的配套设备。用于将不同形状丝坯络成具有一定规格的筒丝，供制线机拼、捻丝用，也可供倍捻机捻丝用。适用于络化纤丝、合纤丝、真丝，可单丝也可股丝，可将36D～500D的原料坯丝络成高度为300mm以下具有各种成形的筒丝。是制线机和倍捻机的前道配套设备。

FAW030 type computer-controlled high-speed spooler is corollary equipment specially designed for FAW98Ⅱ type, FAW98Ⅲ type, FAW201 type, FAW2005 type yarn machines made by our company. Used for reeling different forms of silk base into cone winded silk with some specification for yarn machines to join and twist silk, and also for two-for-one twister to twist silk. This spooler is applicable to chemical fiber silk, synthetic fiber silk and real silk in either monofilament or plied yarn. It can reel 36D～500D raw silk base into various formation of cone winded silk base into various formation of cone winded silk below 300mm in height. It is corollary equipment essential for yarn making machine and two-for-one twister.
