Main Features


1 .采用5只高性能伺服同步比例精确驱动。车头、平衡罗拉、牵伸罗拉 左右纱架之间均由伺服电机驱动,消除传统机械传动易损、维护难'噪 音大等系列问题。

2. 采用进口可编程控制器、10”大屏幕彩色触摸屏' 总线控制技术 ,提高了控制精度,增加了系统的安全可靠性。

3. 采用高精度激光远距离测距装置,实时监测盘头卷绕周长变化,保证 盘头卷绕线速度精确恒定。

4. 具有完善的断电、缺相、失气等安全保障功能。

5. 具有多品种、不同规格的氨纶纱筒补偿曲线,确保整出同组盘头之间 卷绕圈数相等,且卷绕原料净重相等,确保纱架余丝一致,为客户节约 大量原料成本。

6. 配有高精度照相断纱自停装置,保证整经缺头、断纱及时停车。

7. 系统具备自诊断功能,实时监测机器状态及纱线张力,确保系统的安 全性和可靠性。
