TC-25 双针车/人字车自动切带机
●应用场景：专用于兄弟牌8420B双针车和重机2280人字车缝胸围工艺作业时，自动或者手动控制切断包边捆条和弹性橡筋织带
●实现效果：在车缝作业时，可通过针数设定，在压脚后面的定点位置或者定点针数长度自动或者手动控制切断弹性织带、包边捆条，无需用人手二次剪切，节省材料，提高工作效率
●功能亮点：
通过光传感器及数针器，精确控制剪切长度及切断后的包边织带余量
可于车缝裁片前或车缝裁片后进行剪切
气动剪切，工作稳定
专用复合式压脚刀杆安装结构，车缝作业时不影响物料的通过性
具有手动模式，手动模式下使用膝动开关控制剪切
可配合我司的电子同步送带机使用
适用于内衣车缝工艺的双针车和人字车
