TOP6080电脑自动喷胶机是我公司自主开发的高性能设备。它采用的电脑控制技术，操作非常方便，广泛适用于皮革制品，纸制品，无纺布，EVA，亚克力，塑料橡胶，电子产品等的刷胶作业。

1.操作简单，可采用示教器现场示教编程，也可在电脑上通过CAD、CORELDRAW等应用软件编好程序后转为PLT格式再下载到机器上，易学易懂。

2.最多可四轴联动，除前后，左右移动外，还可3维，斜面，弧面上涂胶。

3.高速度，采用桥式平台结构，可一边工作，一遍放料，刷胶速度是人工的5-6倍。

4.高精度，涂胶表面均匀，无堆胶、死胶现象。

5.胶水桶内密封，使胶水不会干固。减少浪费的同时也避免因干固而导致二氯乙烷、甲苯、甲醛等有毒气体的挥发对工作环境的污染。

6.适用胶水广泛，如白胶、黄胶（胶）、PU胶、热熔胶等任意胶类。

7.可涂胶也可喷胶，无需更换胶枪。

TOP6080 CNC auto gluing machine is a high-performance equiment which is developed by our own company. By adopting international advanced CNC technology, it’s very easy to operate. Widely be used in leather shoes, sport shoes, leather outsole, rubber outsole,bags,wallets,gloves and exercise equipments ect.

1.Easy to operate, you can set a programme by the control box or just programme through CAD 、CORELDRAW or some other softwear then transfer to PLT format by computer , and download into the machine.

6.Many kind of glue are applicative, such as all-purpose adhesive,pu glue, neoprene, latex and most of liquid glue.

7.Brushing or spraying,no need to change gun.
