用途及特点
JZR型拉幅定型机采用交流变频技术，PLC控制变频器同步调速，实现各主动单元精确同步和主要工艺参数在线监测和监控，使其机电一体化和智能化。
该机适用于克重50-500g/㎡的涤纶长丝、涤纶低弹丝，纯棉或其他混纺机织物的拉幅与定热型，也适用于克重1000-2000g/㎡以上人造毛皮拉幅与热定型。
Purpose and Features
The Ac frequency conversion technology is used for JZR type stentering setting machine,with speed regulating synchronously of PLC controlled converter, which realizes the accurate synchronization of each active unit and the on-line monitoring and control of the main process parameters,ａnd makes electromechanical integration and intelligentizing.
This machine is applicable for the stentering and heat setting of 50-500g/m² polyester drawn textured yarm,cotton or other blending machine plant textile,ａnd also applicable for the artificial fur stentering and heat setting of gram weight more than 1000-2000g/m².
