三，微机控制静载锚固试验机结构：

该卧式静载锚固机由主机和控制柜（含油源、泵站）及微机控制系统三部分组成。

■主机：由负荷传感器、机架、吊架、吊梁、围板、千斤顶及垫板、锚板、锚具等组成。其中锚板、锚具及垫板随做不同的试验根数而更换不同的锚板和锚具。

■控制柜：由控制面板、电机泵、送油阀、回油阀、截止阀、电磁换向阀、电液伺服数字阀、管路、油箱等系统构成，主要实现对油缸（千斤顶）、活塞启动、后退、停止、压力大小、速度快慢的控制。
