适用范围

表面卷取复卷分切机适用于卷筒纸、塑胶片、铝箔、PVC、塑料薄膜、绝缘材料等包装材料的分条复卷是对材料进行细小规格分切的理想设备。


性能及特点 

1.放卷自动光电纠偏、采用有轴气动上料,磁粉制动器或(气动刹车)自动张力控制。

2.收卷由两台矢量电机驱动与主机联动控制中心卷取与表面接触并用,双轴交叉收卷。

3.主机传动由变频器控制,变频电机驱动,加减速稳定快速。

4..并设有预置自动计米,计算卷径,报警停机等功能。

5.采用圆刀纵切,分切盘面整齐,废边自动排除。

6.整机由PLC触摸屏人机界面自动张力控制。


Scope of application

The surface coiling and rewinding slitting machine is suitable for the stripping and rewinding of packaging materials such as web, plastic sheet, aluminum foil, PVC, plastic film and insulating material. It is an ideal equipment for fine-cutting materials.


Performance and characteristics

1. Unwinding automatic photoelectric correction, using shaft pneumatic feeding, magnetic powder brake or (pneumatic brake) automatic tension control.

2. The winding is driven by two vector motors and the main engine linkage control center is used for winding and surface contact, and the two-axis cross winding is performed, never biting.

3. The main drive is controlled by the inverter, driven by the variable frequency motor, and the acceleration and deceleration is stable and fast.

4. There are preset automatic meter counting, calculation of coil diameter, alarm shutdown and other functions.

5. Longitudinal cutting with a round knife, the cutting surface is neat, and the waste edge is automatically eliminated.

6. The whole machine is controlled by the automatic tension of the PLC touch screen man-machine interface.
