FMS--800QU型涡流纺皮辊专用处理机

功能及特点 Function and characteristics

该机型专为涡流皮辊磨砺设计制造，其特点是采用内撑夹持方式夹持皮辊磨砺，
精度高，摒弃了从机轴上拆下通过装上假轴进行磨砺和光照，
节省人工和工作强度，配置的紫外线光照机将磨后的皮辊直接转入光照机中完成光照。

本机还随机配置涡流皮辊周转专用盘运行故障低，维护成本低。

Specially designed and manufactured for vortex roller sharpening, 

the roller is held by internal clamping method with high precision. 

Instead of removing the roller from the machine shaft, 

the fake shaft is installed for sharpening and lighting. 

The ultraviolet light machine will directly transfer the roller after 

grinding into the light machine to complete the lighting.
