洛杉矶磨耗仪调试与安装：

★启动前**先检查旋转部分与料筒是否有刮碰现象，应及时调整。

★减速箱应注入机油后方能使用，卸料蜗轮会及滑动轴承处注入机油。

★清理料筒内染料。洛杉矶搁板式磨耗试验机

★启动前将筒体限装置锁紧，然后再启动。

★启开后发现运转方向不符合要求时，应切断电源，将导线的任意两根相线互换位置，再重新启动。

★根据磨耗时间调整时间继电器的定时，注意在断电情况下调整。

★按动启动按钮。

★达到调定时间后自动停车。

★试车前必须检查线路是否完好，（输入电源必须为三火）按点动键，滚筒旋转是否正常（按筒上箭头方向，如果转动方向相反，把输入380V中两相火线调换即改变）同时将LED显示屏清零再把予置拨码开关调到所试验次数，按启动键开始工作，如有特殊情况请按“暂停”键,机器停止工作,待故障排除后再次按“启动”键机器恢复工作.

★将试验的碎石料和钢球装入筒内，密封盖好，拧紧螺钉，开动仪器转动500转或1000转后自动停止。此时出料口在中上位置，便于打开密封盖，打开盖后，按点动键，使出料口转向下方，松开按键试筒停止，取出试件。

★用直径2mm圆孔筛或边长1.7mm方孔筛，筛去试样中的石屑，用水冲洗留在筛上的碎石，烘干、恒重，准确称出重量。

How to use Los Angeles Abrasion Meter:

★ Use a circular hole sieve with a diameter of 2mm or a square hole sieve with a side length of 1.7mm to remove the stone debris from the sample, rinse the crushed stone left on the sieve with water, dry and constant weight, and accurately weigh it.
