主要零部件及性能:

1.大辊筒及重要小辊均采用不锈钢制成。大辊筒直径为φ800，壁厚4mm。

2.变频调速，采用国际品牌变频器。

3.主轴轴承与蒸汽旋转接头均采用可伸缩装置，使得机器不受热胀冷缩影响。

4.组合式结构。辊筒可拆卸，双辊筒可直接，升级置换成三辊筒，客户升级方便，升级成本低。

5.结合多年经验，包角角度达到佳，即快又平。

6.滚筒表面经过特殊处理，熨平质量显著提高，熨平效果可媲美槽式熨平机。
