用于中大型变压器线圈的绕制。
Expanding mandrel can used for large, giant or main transformer coil winding.
构成：
可调模主要由鼠笼、滑套组件、撑杆组件、基础撑条、附加撑条、传动部分及T型直角限位器组成。
Expanding mandrel is mainly composed of mouse cage, sliding sleeve assembly, supporting pole assembly, attached pole, transmission parts and T-type right angle limiter components.

特点 Characteristics
1、 适用于绕制内径在规定范围内的高、中、低压线圈。
2、 适用于卷绕材料卷的放开和收卷；适用于与卧式绕线机和立式绕线机适用。
3、 减速器可用于手柄或电动扳手操作。
4、 模具的滑动部位，主轴的滑动套与花盘之间，撑杆与铝排的连接处，撑杆和花盘的连接均采用无油润滑。
5、 丝母采用双金属离心浇铸，区别于其他厂家通常采用的铜螺母，能够有效的避免受力开裂现象。
