硅胶布又称夹布硅胶，是硅胶经过高温热硫化做成具有耐酸碱、耐磨、耐高低温、耐腐蚀的作用是一种应用于化学工厂、炼油厂、港口及工业热水和蒸汽输送、汽车、医疗、潜水、食品、等行业的硅胶管，特别是一种以优质硅橡胶为原料的能承受高压的多层耐高压硅胶管。所述多层耐高压硅胶管，由内胶层、纤维编织加强层和外胶层组成，内胶层为里层，内胶层的外面包裹有纤维编织加强层，纤维编织加强层的外面包裹有外胶层。

用夹布硅胶制作的胶管具有使用寿命长、承受压力大的优点，其可承受1MPa-10MPa的压力，比普通的高压橡胶管使用寿命高3-5倍;具有明显的环保优势。

硅胶布主要特点：

1、用于低温-70℃到高温230℃之间。

2、耐臭氧、氧、光及气候老化，野外使用耐候性优良，寿命可达10年。

3、具有高绝缘性能，介电常数3-3.2，击穿电压20-50KV/MM。

4、柔韧性好，表面摩擦力大，弹性好。

5、耐化学腐蚀。

硅胶布主要用途：

1.电气绝缘：硅胶布具有较高的电绝缘等级，可承受高电压负荷，可制成绝缘布、套管等产品。

2.非金属补偿器：硅胶布可作管道的柔性连接器件，硅橡胶 涂覆玻璃纤维膜结构材料作为柔性膨胀节的基材.它可以解决热胀冷缩对管道的破坏，硅胶布具有较高的耐高温，防腐性，抗老化性 能，弹性及柔性良好，可广泛应用于石油，化工，水泥，能源等领域 。

3.防腐方面：硅橡胶涂覆玻璃纤维布，可作为管道，储蓄的内外防腐层，防腐性能优良，强度高，是一种理想的防腐材料 。

4.其它领域：硅橡胶涂覆玻璃纤维膜结构材料可应用于建筑密封材料，高温防腐输送带，包装材料等领域。

5.硅胶布还分单面硅胶布和双面硅胶布，另外还有高温固化硅胶布和室温固化硅胶布。

6.硅胶布的常规颜色是朱红，蓝灰、黑色、白色、其它颜色也可以可定做。
