◆ RLM-H贴标签机属于自动卧式贴标机系列,可满足制药行业中安瓿瓶、口服液、;文具用品如笔杆、固体胶、浆糊笔;化妆品行业中口红、眉笔等;肉制品行业中的火腿肠等不能站立的圆形物体全周或者半周的自动化贴标要求,采用卧式传送、卧式贴标的方式,增加稳定性,提高贴标效率。
可选配在线打印贴标机或喷码机到贴标头,可实现在标签上打印电子监管码、生产日期、批号和喷印条码、二维码条码追溯等信息。
可选视觉检测设备、输送带/传送带,实现对产品进行视觉检测剔除功能,可增加自动化生产线、流水线及码垛机器人对后段包装产品的装箱、封箱等。

_RLM-H labeling machine belongs to automatic horizontal labeling machine series, which can meet the requirements of ampoule bottle, oral liquid and blood vessel picking in pharmaceutical industry; stationery articles such as penholder, solid glue, paste pen; lipstick and eyebrow pen in cosmetics industry; automatic labeling requirements of round objects such as ham sausage in meat industry that can not stand all or half a week, using horizontal transmission and horizontal labeling side. It increases stability and labeling efficiency.
Optional on-line printing labeling machine or jet printer to label head can print electronic supervision code, production date, batch number and jet printing bar code, two-dimensional code traceability and other information on the label.
Optional visual inspection equipment, conveyor belt/conveyor belt can be used to realize visual inspection and removal of products. Automated production lines, assembly lines and stacking robots can be added to pack and seal the back packing products.

Scope of application

Working principle
_Core Working Principle: The bottle wheel separates the product and puts it on the conveyor belt. The sensor detects the product's passing and sends back the signal to the labeling control system. The appropriate position control system controls the corresponding motor to send the label and attach it to the position of the product to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling device, the labeling belt drives the product to rotate, the label is rolled over, and the attachment action of a label is completed. 。
_Operation process: Put the product (in the blanking box) - > separate the product and spread it out to the middle of the conveyor chain drum - > product conveying - > product testing - > labeling - > labeling - > overlapping - > collect labeled products.
