电脑控制四柱双油缸单、双边自动进料摆臂式液压裁断机(可定制特殊规格)
适用于汽车内饰行业用品脚垫、座椅、顶棚、方向盘、门板,装潢材料垫板革、地板砖,地毯、包装行业珍珠棉、海绵,橡塑制品拼图等行业的大型自动裁断设备。
1.精密四柱双油缸双连杆自动平衡机构,保证每一个裁断位置裁断深度精度,可用不锈钢板作为垫板直径裁切。
2.裁断头下压时在接触裁刀10mm前自动缓速,两级加压,上工作板下压至裁刀时转柔性切断,使裁断多层材料时,最上层与最下层没有尺寸误差。
3.因裁断平衡度精确,可以极大减少刀模及裁板的损耗,裁断边缘有更好效果,能更加减低裁断板的消耗。
4.设定构造,配合截断刀及裁断高度,使冲程调整简单、准确。
5.微电脑控制系统,刀模深度设定及上升冲程,均于屏幕触控,大大提高压力稳定性,亦具备自我监测功能,操作简单快捷。可根据工作所需刀模形态进行多组记忆存储,更换刀模时,可不必再从新进行刀模的设定。
6.双工位操作,两边可设定不同刀模的高度及裁切不同的材料,人机界面,PLC可编程式控制,双边马达步并式自动送料送料机构。令生产效率提高2-3倍。
7.采用进口液压系统和中国台湾,日本电器配套,省电,噪音小,操作简单,高效发挥工作效率。
8.裁断工作区域有安全光栅保护装置,CE安全标准,确保操作安全。

1.The machine is applicable for whole-broken or semi-broken operation of various nonmetal slices materials by die cutter for example. such industries as plastics packing, pearl cotton packaging ,rubber etc.
2.Microcomputer controlled, with simple ,prompt and accurate operation.
3.The main machine adopts double oil cylinder, double-crank connecting rod balancing, four-column precise guiding mechanism, which can guarantee that the cutting depth at every cutting position is same.
4.The pressing board carries out slow cutting when it presses downward to contact the die cutter, which can make that there is no size error between the uppermost layer and lowermost layer of cut materials.
5.The central oil supply automatic lubricating system guarantees the service life and precision of machine
6.Single-side or double-side automatic feeding system can be allocated to enhance the production deficiency of machine.
