配备特点：

1、主轴以及圆刀使用无级变速系统，可做高低无级调速及正反转切换控制。

2、采用进口PLC及进口高精密步进系统控制切割宽度及进退刀切割系统，配合进口精密滚珠丝杆及滑轨移位，高寿命，不易磨损，使切割宽度的精度达到0.1mm，zui窄切割宽度为2mm，进刀切割时平行快速推进，速度采用无极调速，纸管容易切断，达到高精度快速切出高品质的产品。

3、操作界面采用LCD中文显示屏，所有操作，只需要一个画面，可同时设定四种分切宽度和次数，并显示实际切割次数，并设有手动/自动转换功能

4、配备双面磨刀系统，采用金刚石砂轮磨削，经久耐用，不易发热，刀片磨后光洁度高，使用寿命是普通白玉刚砂轮的十倍，刀片不用拆卸，即可磨刀。刀片*保持锋利，达到*裁切质量，并附有自动吸尘装置，保持布料及轨道清洁。

5.采用快速放料设计，一步到位。上料下料只须一个动作即可完成。 

6、电路采用各个独立控制系统，每条线都做有标号，诊断维修简单快捷，不易出故障。

7、夹布卡盘配有安全防护罩，不伤人。电线配有工程塑料链条保护，电线不容易折断，不容易老化。
