适用范围：
双数控全自动切条机及直纹,45度斜纹卷布机适用于布料、无纺布、帐篷、雨伞、泡棉、皮革、反光材料、塑胶、纸张、双面胶、醋酸布、补强带、导电布、铜箔等材料各种宽度直条，横条及45度直斜条的卷布及裁切是服装、箱包、鞋帽、服装辅料、反光材料厂、帐篷厂、雨伞厂、电子厂等行业的理想选择。

配备特点：
1、主轴以及圆刀使用无级变速系统，可做高低无级调速及正反转切换控制。
2、台板左右移位和进退刀均采用进口高精密步进系统及进口PLC控制切割宽度及进退刀切割和磨刀系统，配合进口精密滚珠丝杆及滑轨移位，高寿命，不易磨损，使切割宽度的精度达到0.1mm，zui窄切割宽度为2mm，进刀切割时平行快速推进，速度采用无极调速，可分段控制，纸管容易切断，达到高精度快速切出高品质的产品。
3、操作界面采用高精度电脑触摸屏，所有操作，只需要一个画面，可同时设定六种分切宽度和次数，并显示实际切割次数，并设有手动/自动转换及磨刀手动/自动转换功能。
4、在手动功能下，设有十字摇杆手柄，操作更加人性化！更加便捷，移动速度更快，移动的同时，可以在触摸屏上显示移动的宽度，达到更加。
5、配备数控自动双面磨刀系统，电脑控制砂轮，自动进退，并根据刀片大小自动定位，可设定磨刀次数及时间，自动启动旋转，自动停止，采用金刚石砂轮磨削，经久耐用，不易发热，刀片磨后光洁度高，使用寿命是普通白玉刚砂轮的十倍，刀片不用拆卸，即可磨刀。刀片*保持锋利，达到*裁切质量，并附有自动吸尘装置，保持布料及轨道清洁。
6、采用快速放料设计，一步到位。上料下料只须一个动作即可完成。
7、电路采用各个独立控制系统，每条线都做有标号，可自动诊断机器故障问题，维修简单快捷，不易出故障。
8、夹布卡盘配有安全防护罩，不伤人。电线配有工程塑料链条保护，电线不容易折断，不容易老化。

跟CJ-170ZM全自动切捆条机相比（以下均以CJ-170ZM表示）：
- a拥有电脑自动双面磨刀系统，并可根据客户自己的要求，设定切多少次数磨一次刀，磨刀耗时多少，磨刀装置会自动根据程序操作。B：CJ-170ZM采用的是手摇式将砂轮靠近刀片两侧，让刀片与砂轮放置一旁磨，达到刀片锋利，需人工退砂轮。
- 进刀采用双步进电机系统控制，进刀步骤分为‘慢-快-慢’；而以往CJ-170ZM，采用丝杆电机带动进刀，速度总保持一样，较为缓慢。双步进电机系统比丝杆电机带动速度高一倍。
- 控制方式：a：采用高精度触摸屏控制，任何步骤只需要一个界面，而且反应速度灵敏；CJ-170ZM采用LED按键式显示屏控制，按键使用久了，容易导致按钮及其电路板损坏，每个步骤有不同的操作界面。b：双数控还采用了独立十字开关控制进刀-退刀，台进-台退，机器工作中，如有情况改变，可以用及时控制。
- 刀片防护罩：双数控拥有将刀片一半以上保护在防护罩内，内置有风扇和流水槽来冷却刀片。
