本套试验线是根据用户的要求设计制造的小型双组份复合FDY纺丝试验机。用于涤纶、锦纶、丙纶或添加功能母粒等用于熔融复合纺丝，牵伸、卷绕制成圆柱形筒子的长丝。双组份结构有中空结构、皮芯结构、菊瓣结构、并列结构、海岛结构。本机也可单组份纺丝。本机适用于教学或打样以及开发品种等。本机是化纤厂及科研院所理想的纺丝试验机。
