一、简介:

该差示扫描量热仪为触摸屏式,专测聚合物材料氧化诱导期测试,客户一键式操作,软件全自动运行。仪器符合G B /T 19466.3- 2004/ISO 11357-3 :1999 第6部分氧化诱导期 氧化诱导时间(等温OIT)和氧化诱导温度(动态OIT)的测定。

氧化诱导时间(OIT)是测定式样在高温(200摄氏度)氧气条件下开始发生自动催化氧化反应的时间,是评价材料在成型加工、储存、焊接和使用中耐热降解能力的指标。氧化诱导期(简称OIT)方法是一种采用差热分析法(DTA)以塑料分子链断裂时的放热反映为依据,测试塑料在高温氧气中加速老化程度的方法。其原理是:将塑料式样与惰性参比物(如氧化铝)置于差热分析仪中,使其在一定温度下用氧气迅速置换式样室内地惰性气体(如氮气)。测试由于式样氧化而引起的DTA曲线(差热谱)的变化,并获得氧化诱导期(时间)OIT(min),以评定塑料的防热老化性能。仪器符合G B /T 19466.3- 2004/ISO 11357-3 :1999 第6部分氧化诱导期。氧化诱导时间(等温OIT)和氧化诱导温度(动态OIT)的测定。氧化诱导期已经被纳入管道行业及电线电缆强检范围。

1. Introduction

The differential scanning calorimeter is a touch screen type, which is designed to measure the oxidation induction period test of polymer materials. It is operated by customers with one-key operation and the software runs fully automatically. The instrument complies with GB /T 19466.3-2004/ISO 11357-3:1999 Part 6 Oxidation induction period Oxidation induction time (isothermal OIT) and oxidation induction temperature (dynamic OIT) determination.

Oxidation induction time (OIT) is the time when the autocatalytic oxidation reaction of the test sample begins to occur under high temperature (200 degrees Celsius) oxygen conditions. It is an index to evaluate the heat-resistant degradation ability of the material during molding, storage, welding and use. The Oxidation Induction Period (OIT) method is a method that uses differential thermal analysis (DTA) to test the degree of accelerated aging of plastics in high-temperature oxygen based on the exothermic reaction when plastic molecular chains are broken. The principle is: Put the plastic sample and the inert reference substance (such as alumina) in the differential thermal analyzer, so that it can quickly replace the inert gas (such as nitrogen) in the sample chamber with oxygen at a certain temperature. Test the change of the DTA curve (differential thermal spectrum) caused by the oxidation of the pattern, and obtain the oxidation induction period (time) OIT (min) to evaluate the thermal aging resistance of the plastic. The instrument complies with GB /T 19466.3-2004/ISO 11357-3:1999 Part 6 Oxidation induction period. Determination of oxidation induction time (isothermal OIT) and oxidation induction temperature (dynamic OIT). The oxidation induction period has been included in the scope of the pipeline industry and the strong inspection of wires and cables.


二、特点:

6、数字气体质量流量计自动切换两路气氛流量,切换速度快,稳定时间短。

7、标配标准样品,方便客户校正恒温系数。

8、软件自适应各分辨率电脑屏幕,软件自动根据电脑屏幕大小调节各曲线显示方式。支持笔记本,台式机;支持Win2000,XP,VISTA,WIN7等操作系统

2. Features

A temperature probe is installed on the furnace wall to use PID to control the temperature of the entire furnace body. However, due to the thermal inertia of the temperature, the temperature transmitted to the sample has a certain deviation, and the deviation degree is different in spring, summer, autumn and winter. Therefore, a single temperature is used. Probe temperature control and temperature measurement, whether it is a differential thermal signal or a temperature signal, the error is relatively large; this instrument installs a temperature probe at the bottom of the sample to measure the true temperature of the sample, and uses our special temperature control technology. Control the furnace wall temperature so that the sample temperature reaches the set temperature.

6. The digital gas mass flow meter automatically switches the two-channel atmosphere flow, with fast switching speed and short stabilization time.

7. Standard samples are provided as standard, which is convenient for customers to calibrate the constant temperature coefficient.

8. The software adapts to the computer screen of each resolution, and the software automatically adjusts the display mode of each curve according to the size of the computer screen. Support notebook, desktop computer; support Win2000, XP, VISTA, WIN7 and other operating systems
