路面材料强度试验仪结构原理：

该仪器由底座、减速箱、立柱、横梁及罩壳等组成。

电动机及控制电器置于底座内，减速箱置于底座上。

横梁、减速箱及底座经两根立柱相联接，横梁并可上下调节，以适应不同高度的试样，横梁下平面可联接测力环。

底座及减速箱外面装有罩壳。

试验仪加载有两种形式，一种是电动，电动机由同步齿形带传递给减速箱，经减速箱减速后，旋转运动转换成丝杆的垂直运动，从而达到对试样垂直加载的功用。另一种是手动，将调速手柄置于空档，即可用摇手柄进行手动加载。

Structural principle of pavement material strength tester:

The instrument consists of a base, a reduction box, a column, a beam and a cover.

The motor and control electronics are placed in the base, and the reduction box is placed on the base.

The beam, the reduction box and the base are connected by two upright columns. The beam can be adjusted up and down to accommodate samples of different heights. The lower plane of the beam can be connected with a force measuring ring.

A cover is installed on the base and the reduction box.

The tester is loaded in two forms. One is electric. The motor is transmitted to the reduction gear by a synchronous toothed belt. After the reduction gear is decelerated, the rotation movement is converted into the vertical movement of the screw, so as to achieve the function of vertical loading of the sample. The other is manual. Put the speed control handle in neutral position, and you can use the rocker handle for manual loading.

路面材料强度试验仪注意事项：

1.路面材料强度试验仪的丝杆盘上升的**限位置为其盘面距基座箱体顶面300mm；丝杆盘下降的**限位置为其盘面距基座箱体顶面60mm，如果超过以上两个**限，路面材料强度试验仪有可能会损坏。

2.试验仪应该安放在一个地面应平坦、稳固的位置，而且试验仪应有接地安全防护装置。

3.应注意经常对路面材料强度试验仪进行维护保养：

①.应经常保持路面材料强度试验仪的干净整洁，每次使用完后须清扫台面及周围环境并擦拭干净。

②.丝杆及盘子，立柱擦拭干净后应涂上防锈油，并每天使用前应向丝杆滴注适量的润滑油（20号机油）。以保证丝杆在工作中正常润滑，减少磨损延长使用寿命。

③.不使用时应将防护套罩好。

Note for pavement material strength tester:

1. 2. The tester should be placed on a flat, stable location on the ground, and the tester should have grounding safety protection devices.

3. Pay attention to the maintenance of the road material strength tester:

①. The pavement material strength tester should always be kept clean and tidy. After each use, the table surface and surrounding environment must be cleaned and wiped clean.

②. After the screw rod and plate and column are wiped clean, anti-rust oil should be applied, and an appropriate amount of lubricant (No. 20 engine oil) should be dripped into the screw rod before use every day. In order to ensure the normal lubrication of the screw in the work, reduce wear and extend the service life.

③. Cover the protective cover when not in use.

4. When using the pavement material strength tester for electric operation test, it is necessary to pull out the handle
