建材可燃性试验炉结构及安装:

★结构

该试验仪由燃烧试验箱、燃烧器、试验支架、调节阀等几部分组成。液化气(丙烷)罐自备

★安装

将底座放入箱体内,固定套、试样架等按图示安装好。将燃烧器放在试样前。燃烧器拉杆从箱体外箱体内拧在燃烧器底座上。将丙烷表与液化气罐连接上,将调节阀与丙烷表的另一端用塑料管连接好,用气动管将调节阀与燃烧器连接起来。

Structure and installation of flammability test furnace for building materials

★ Structure

The tester consists of a combustion test box, a burner, a test support, and a regulating valve. Own LPG (propane) tank

★ Installation

Put the base into the box, install the fixing sleeve, sample holder, etc. as shown in the figure. Place the burner in front of the sample. The burner rod is screwed onto the burner base from the outside of the box. Connect the propane meter to the liquefied gas tank, connect the regulating valve to the other end of the propane meter with a plastic tube, and connect the regulating valve to the burner with a pneumatic tube.


建筑保温材料燃烧性能检测装置试验操作:

★选用合适的点火定位器,放在燃烧器顶端。

★试样放在试样夹内,挂上。

★燃烧器接近试样对好位置后,把底板上直尺锁紧定位。

★将滤纸放在铝箔制的收集盘内,放在试件下方。

★将燃烧器立起,打开调压阀旋钮,用电子点火器在喷嘴上点火,逐渐调节火焰长度至20mm左右,将燃烧器倾斜45度,按照标准要求的距离给试样点火

Test operation of building insulation material combustion performance testing device

★ Select a suitable ignition positioner and place it on the top of the burner.

★ Put the sample in the sample holder and hang it up.

★ After the burner approaches the sample alignment position, lock the ruler on the bottom plate to locate it.

★ Put the filter paper in the collection tray made of aluminum foil under the test piece.

★ Stand the burner, open the knob of the pressure regulating valve, use the electronic igniter to ignite on the nozzle, gradually adjust the flame length to about 20mm, tilt the burner 45 degrees, and ignite the sample according to the standard distance
