一,T-44粘度计用途:

T -4型粘度杯是根据GB/T1723-93设计制造的。

T-4型粘度杯,属于实验室和车间、控制、试验用仪器。所测定的粘度为条件粘度。即:一定量的试样,在一定的温度下,在所规定的直径的孔中流出的时间.

本仪器有三种不同材质的杯体,即塑料、铝、铜,用户根据实际情况自行选择。

First, use:
The QND-4 viscosity cup is designed and manufactured according to GB/T1723-93.
QND-4 type viscosity cup belongs to laboratory and workshop, control and test instruments. The viscosity measured was the conditional viscosity. That is: a certain amount of sample, at a certain temperature, in the hole of the specified diameter.
The instrument has three different materials, namely plastic, aluminum and copper. The user chooses according to the actual situation.

三,T-4粘度计使用方法:

试验前,将粘度杯内部用纱布或脱脂棉蘸样品本身所使用的溶剂擦试干净。特别是流出口部分,要对光观察,如果不干净,应继续擦拭,直到干净为止。

使样品温度保持在25℃±1℃内。(或按产品标准规定的温度)用试棒将样品搅拌均匀,并静止两分钟以上,试样中不得有气泡产生。

将擦试干净并配好的粘度杯,放在支架上,调整支架水平螺钉,使粘度杯处于水平位置。

在粘度杯漏咀下面位置150ML搪瓷杯,用手指堵住流出口咀后,将被除数样倒满粘度杯中。用试棒将多余之试样割掉在年度杯边缘之凹槽中,(注意:止时试样中不应有气泡产生)然后移开手指,同时开动秒表,当试样流出中段并出现一滴时,停止秒表,此时秒表所指示的时间即为该产品的全部流出时间,也就是该产品的条件粘度值。

同一试样的条件粘度值,应作三遍后,求其算术平均值,但再吃测定值之差,不应大于平均值3%。

粘度计使用完毕后,要注意将粘度计擦拭干净放置保存。

Third, the method of use:
Before the test, wipe the inside of the viscosity cup with the solvent used for the gauze or the cotton wool sample itself. Especially for the outlet part, observe the light. If it is not clean, continue to wipe until it is clean.
The sample temperature was maintained at 25 °C ± 1 °C. (Or according to the temperature specified in the product standard) Stir the sample evenly with the test bar and stand still for more than two minutes. No air bubbles should be generated in the sample.
Place the cleaned and prepared viscosity cup on the bracket and adjust the bracket horizontal screw so that the viscosity cup is in a horizontal position.
Place 150ML enamel cup below the viscosity cup leaking nozzle, and block the outlet nozzle with your fingers, then fill the viscous cup with the divisor. Use the test stick to cut the excess sample into the groove at the edge of the annual cup. (Note: there should be no air bubbles in the sample when it stops.) Then remove the finger and start the stopwatch. When the sample flows out of the middle section and appears When a drop is made, the stopwatch is stopped, and the time indicated by the stopwatch is the total outflow time of the product, which is the conditional viscosity value of the product.
The conditional viscosity value of the same sample should be made three times, and the arithmetic mean value should be obtained, but the difference between the measured values should not be greater than the average value of 3%.
After using the viscometer, be sure to wipe the viscometer and store it.
