一、产品简介：

根据JT/T533-2020《沥青路面用纤维》中“絮状纤维的冲气筛分析试验方法”的要求设计制造的，适用于对絮状纤维素纤维、絮状矿物纤维中的一定规格的纤维，通过冲气筛进行筛分，以计算该纤维的通过率等技术指标，从而保证沥青混合料用纤维的质量要求。本仪器还符合EN 933-10、GM/T 1345-2005标准，分析一些粉体质量轻的、粉体易产生静电的、颗粒易团聚的等干性粉体。在面粉、调味料、化学粉末、水泥、石墨、粉煤灰、涂料、陶土粉、煤粉等筛分方面有着广泛的应用，是一款高效精准多用途的粉粒分析仪器。

1. Product introduction:

二、产品特点：

1、本仪器主要用于沥青混合料用纤维的筛分。也可根据需要选配不同的冲气筛网，用于多种材质的冲气筛分，实现一机多用的目的。

2、采用分气功能，有效防止近筛颗粒堵塞筛网，解决因颗粒悬浮，颗粒团聚，静电特性等无法进行筛分的情况。

3、采用稳定负压、冲气气流筛分技术，与直径200mm标准筛配合使用，定时筛分，测量粒度分布，结果准确，外观精巧，体积轻便。

4、采用7寸大屏彩色触摸屏显示、控制技术，全部筛分操作均在触摸屏上完成。

5、全自动控制真空压力，在人机界面软件上任意设置真空参数，仪器自动控制并调节到设定值。

6、配置高质量真空吸尘器，实现筛分所需稳定负压的提供。

2. Product features:
