XWZY-1系列**制样机

XWZY-1系列**制样机由试样切割部分、缺口制样部分、哑铃制样部分三部分组成。试样切割部分用于切割条形试样、管材试样。缺口制样部分用于制备简支梁、悬臂梁冲击试验的试样样条缺口。哑铃制样部分用于制备各种非金属材料拉伸试验用标准哑铃试样或非标准试样。三种功能集于一身，便于实现制样全过程。制样主动力分别由电机驱动，带动铣刀及锯片旋转切割试样。各个方向进给用导轨进行导向，移动平稳。夹具方便灵活，适用于多种试样的制作。为防止试样加工发热变形，制样过程采用水冷却，由水泵进行水循环。该**制样机结构紧凑、操作方便、进给平稳、制样迅速准确。

为安全起见本仪器操作按扭均为急停按扭，既旋转打开按下停止。
该机分为两种：XWZY-1型 自然冷却     XWZY-2型 水冷

XWZY series universal system prototype a sample cutting gap, a dumbbell sample preparation, sample preparation of three parts.Specimen cutting part is used for cutting bar and tube sample.Gap part sample preparation used for preparation of simply supported beam and cantilever beam impact test article try all the gaps.Dumbbell part sample preparation was used to prepare all kinds of nonmetal materials tensile test with standard dumbbell specimen or non-standard.Three kinds of feature set in one, a sample is advantageous for the accounting process.Sample preparation serval respectively, driven by a motor drive the cutter and the saw blade rotation cutting sample.All directions feed using guide direction, moving smoothly.Fixture convenient and flexible, suitable for the production of a variety of sample.In order to prevent the hot deformation sample processing, sample preparation process adopts water cooling, the water pump for water circulation.The universal sampling machine structure is compact, easy to operate, stable feeding, rapid and accurate sample preparation.
To be on the safe side the instrument button are abrupt stop button operation, both open press stop rotating.
The machine is divided into two kinds: XWZY - natural cooling XWZY type 1-2 type water cooling
