拉幅定型机属于一款性能优良的设备，其同时具有多功能，而且在使用上非常简便易行，算得上在现代工业领域内一种比较实用的机器。

宽大的烘箱，内部空间便于清扫。

热风循环风机及热交换器交错排列,故无左中右温度偏差。热风截止风门,防止停车印的发生。

高效的单独排气结构,使烘房内部整洁。

特殊高级下隔热结构保温板(150mm),具有良好的保温效果,有较低的外散热量损失,故节能效果优秀.

不同门幅轧车配有不同直径的轧辗,因而具有良好的耐久性,尽可能地缩短了轧鞮轴头长度,进而提高了轧辑使用寿命,并且提高了轧余率。

不同织物具有不同的选定硬度和结构,以便适用于具体织物的定向加工要求。轧辗采取了标准化的中高,因而特大门幅的轧车也能取得均匀的轧余率。

工艺流程：

平幅进布→红外对中→轧车→圆盘整纬→红外对中→进布车头（2组超喂、2组机械整纬、2组螺纹扩幅）→四指剥边→红外探边→超喂进布→上针→托布装置→热定型→冷风冷却→脱针→冷水辊冷却→平幅落布
